To reset your password, follow the 'FORGOTTEN PASSWORD' instructions on the SIGN IN page. Please note, for security reasons we are unable to send your old password via email.

To enquire about a products stock you can contact the store directly.

You can search for your closest Tackle World store via our store directory page here.


Can I contact the seller if I have a query about the product?

How do I contact customer service?

You can fill out the online form on the Contact Us page and we will reply to you at the earliest convenience. The Customer Contact business hours are 8:00 am - 4:00 pm Monday to Friday (AEST).
